Amanda Vigliarolo

Amanda is the owner and head baker of The Whisk Bakery. She is  a graduate Smithtown West High School and of Johnson & Wales University. She has a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, and Food Service Entrepreneurship. She has been working in bakeries since she was 15 years old and followed her dreams of opening her own!

She has a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, and Food Service Entrepreneurship from Johnson & Wales University and has worked in bakeries all over the east coast. Working at The Whisk as head baker has been a dream come true!
